Not every building fits a standard checklist. Janitor Pros Cleaning Service builds custom cleaning plans for commercial buildings with mixed floors, odd hours or special tasks. We are insured and bonded and serve businesses only.
What a custom plan can include
- A task list written for your building
- A schedule built around your hours or shifts
- Different frequencies for different areas
- Extra tasks on a monthly or quarterly cycle
How we build it
We ask about your building, hours and priorities, review the space, and write the plan into your agreement. If something does not fit your recurring plan, tell us and we will tell you what we can do.
Pricing
Price depends on the tasks and how often they are done. Recurring commercial contracts start at $500 per month. Send your building type, size and schedule for a quote. See also janitorial cleaning and all commercial services.
